Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

No refunds once shipped/delivered, unless technical issues.
Once your order has been shipped (for physical goods) or delivered via email/download link (for digital goods), all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases listed under “Eligible Issues” below.

Eligible Issues (Exceptions)

We’ll repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) only when:

  • Technical delivery issues (digital products): You didn’t receive the download email/link, the files are corrupted, or you cannot access the files due to a technical error on our side and our troubleshooting doesn’t resolve it.
